Whole Chicken

Our laying hens are raised 100% on pasture. They follow our cattle and sheep as the "clean-up crew," spreading the fertility dropped by the larger animals and feasting on insects! They are fed a locally grown and milled grain diet with organic minerals, along with spent grains from our friends at Hopkins Farm Brewery in HdG.

Our chickens yield tender, juicy meat that is perfect for marinating and grilling to perfection, gently sautéing with fresh herbs and vegetables, or oven-baking with a sweet or savory glaze.

Our poultry are always raised on pasture with care and attention to sustainable & regenerative farming practices, ensuring that our chicken is not only delicious and nutrient dense, but also better for the environment.
